Our pistachio panettone, or perhaps we should say triple pistachio, in the dough on the icing and in the jar spread. A mouth-watering panettone where the precious seed is the master, a fluffy dough that with its perfect alveolation and texture perfectly matches the spreadable cream in the jar and the crispy outer glaze of white chocolate and pistachios.

Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, BUTTER, EGGS, sugar, natural sourdough (water, TENER WHEAT FLOUR), water, salt, honey of acacia, orange paste, Bourbon vanilla, PISTACHO, white chocolate.

*All our panettone cakes are made only with sourdough natural, with their soft dough they are the result of a complex process with leavening at a time and controlled temperature and two doughs for a total of 58 hours.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. After opening, keep the yeast in the well-sealed bag. Product consumable by January 20. Allergens: cereals, eggs, milk, nuts, soy, peanuts.
